Beyond Ecological Literacy: From Knowledge to Actionable Practices for Sustainability

This volume presents the curated proceedings of the ECoGREEN International Conference, an initiative of the ECoGREEN Consortium comprising leading Indonesian and international universities. Moving beyond mere awareness, this collection explores how ecological understanding can be translated into measurable impact across the fields of education, governance, law, business, technology, and civil society.

Through nine interdisciplinary articles, these proceedings examine diverse pathways for sustainability—ranging from blockchain-enabled carbon tracking and air quality prediction using machine learning to sustainable architectural design and the credibility of ESG reporting. By bridging the gap between theory and implementation, this work serves as a catalyst for practical innovation, inviting scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to reimagine sustainability as a shared responsibility to be enacted in our daily lives.
