Purpose

This conference is held with the purposes to

  1.       discuss the new and spreading trend of green technology in food production and processing
  2.       be a media for exchanging knowledge and perspective between students, researchers and practitioners, especially in the area of green technology in food production and processing in order to enhance food sustainability worldwide

 

Participants

Participants of this conference will include a wide spectrum of audience (students, lecturers, researchers) from food related academic circle (food technology, agricultural technology, fishery, agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, medicine, nutrition, chemical engineering, pharmacy, industrial engineering, chemistry, biology, etc).
